Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). During promotional periods or peak seasons, processing times may extend by 1-2 additional business days.
  • Once your order is processed, you will receive an email confirmation with tracking details to monitor your shipment in real time.

Domestic Shipping

We offer the following shipping options for deliveries within the United States:

  1. Standard Shipping: Delivered within 5-7 business days. This is the most cost-effective shipping option for most orders.
  2. Expedited Shipping: Delivered within 2-3 business days, ideal for customers who need their items more quickly.
  3. Overnight Shipping: Delivered within 1 business day. To qualify for overnight delivery, orders must be placed before 12 PM PST.

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the size, weight, and destination of your package. For orders over $75, we offer free standard shipping to qualifying destinations.

International Shipping

We proudly ship to select international locations. International shipping rates and delivery times vary based on the destination country and selected shipping method. Please note:

  • Customs duties, taxes, and fees are the responsibility of the customer. These charges are determined by the destination country and must be paid upon delivery.
  • International shipments may experience delays due to customs clearance or other regulatory processes.

Order Tracking

After your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to track your package. You can also access tracking details through your Hubelunie account.

Delivery Issues

In rare instances where shipments are delayed, lost, or damaged, we will work with our shipping partners to resolve the issue promptly. If your package is marked as “delivered” but cannot be located, please contact us within 5 business days to initiate an investigation.

Undeliverable Packages

If a package is returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect address or failure to accept delivery, we will notify you and provide options for re-shipping. Additional shipping charges may apply in such cases.
